Shipping Policies

Processing Time 
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. We aim to have your package in the mail within two business days when possible. Many of our pieces are handmade, small-batch, or made-to-order, which means they’re created with intention. We aim for speed but try not to rush. During launches, holidays, or special collections, processing times may extend slightly. If that happens, we’ll always communicate with you. 
  
Shipping Time frames 
Once your order ships, typical delivery times are: 
• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days 
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on location  
Please note that once your package is with the carrier, delivery speed is outside of our control. Weather, customs, and carrier delays can occasionally happen, but we’ll always support you how we can. We know that Amazon’s two-day delivery has us all a little spoiled, but realistically, most smaller businesses’ time frames are longer. Please do not hesitate to reach out about your order! 
  
Shipping Carriers 
We use UPS, which tends to be the most cost and time effective for you. If you prefer to ship with USPS, please let us know.  
  
Tracking & Updates 
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. 
This will be sent to the email you used at checkout. 
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder—it sometimes likes to hide there. 
  
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages 
If your package is marked as delivered but you don’t see it: 
• Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk 
• Look around your delivery area 
• Contact your local post office 
If it still can’t be located, please reach out to us within 48 hours so we can guide you through next steps. Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require a reshipping fee. 
  
Address Accuracy 
Before checking out, please take a moment to double-check your shipping address. Even small typos can cause big delays. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately. Once a package ships, we’re unable to make changes. 
  
Gift Orders 
If you are sending your order to another address as a gift, please include that in the shipping address section. To leave a message for the gift recipient, please include that in the note section.
